We make every attempt to ship your order as soon as possible. Right now orders are taking about 2 business days to ship.
If your order is detained it is generally a dye lot issue. I do not like to mess with mixed dye lots so I will not expect you to. I would rather hold your order a day or 2, waiting for a shipment to arrive, than to have you fight with mixed dye lots.
Your address and personal information are never shared. I do not sell, trade, or make my customer's information available to anyone!!! For more on this please see our Privacy Statement on our Company Policies Page.
Choose which shipping method works for you.
Small Order Shipping $7.95 - Due to the continued abuse of this shipping method we have discontinued it.
Publications Only $6.95 - This shipping method applies to small orders for items such as Knitting or Crochet Patterns, Embroidery Floss, or Hot Iron Transfers. I am more than willing to ship small single skein orders using this method. But if this shipping method is abused I will have to discontinue it as well. This shipping method is NOT for regular yarn orders or multi skein yarn orders.
Flat Rate Shipping $9.95 - This shipping method applies to orders weighing over 1lb. And the address must be within the continental U.S.
AK, HI, APO, FPO, PR Shipping $16.95 - These orders must have a U.S. Zip Code These orders are generally shipped using Priority Mail. If your order exceeds a 1 box shipment we will have to charge additional shipping. The shipping price starts over for each box and there are size limits to the boxes. The Postal Service does not offer multi box shipments like UPS or FedEX.
International Shipping & Shipping to Canada - We offer this shipping on an "as needed bases". We do not have our shopping cart set up for it because the postal rates vary so much. But we are glad to accommodate when we can. Just contact or email me your shopping list. I can get a weight on the order and send you an invoice for your approval and a PayPal money request to pay for the order.
